- You choose your virtual hardware (1-4 processors, 1-8GB ram, 1-5 virtual disks, and 1-3 virtual network interfaces).
- You can switch hardware configurations anytime you want. Open up a ticket and our staff will usually upgrade your VM the same business day. You pay for only the largest virtual hardware config you use in any month.
- No yearly contracts or long term commitments. Simple month to month arrangements.
- Free encrypted file and database backup to network storage nightly (optional).
- Your virtual hardware will run on our enterprise network which uses SAN storage, Cisco Powered Switches, Routers, and Firewalls, and multiple BGP internet uplinks to tier-1 bandwidth providers.

- 24/7/365 Emergency Support Included (our NOC is staffed all the time).
- New VM's online within 2 Business Days. Default OS Install is Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.2. We will work with your development staff to arrange a pain-free migration.
- Cloud is based on a medium cluster of Dell PowerEdge Servers with substantial excess capacity running VMware's ESX Hypervisor in a highly available and performance-optimized cluster. Virtual applications are rebalanced across the cluster every 5 minutes.
