To avoid abuse of the emergency SA service, DeployLinux will after 30 days of non-payment refer any amounts due to a debt collection service of its choosing. Use of the Emergency SA service implies acceptance of these terms.
Emergency SA Service is limited to businesses engaged in normal and reasonable commerce and who have an existing and acceptable Dunn-and-Bradstreet credit rating.
- 1hr remote response SLA (normally <30 minutes) to emergency requests(24/7/365).
- A Senior Linux Expert will quickly determine scope of problem and either put forward a proposal for resolution for the client, or provide additional advice to client on how to resolve using other resources.
- If the client accepts the proposal, Senior SA will work reasonably non-stop (but no more than 8hrs) on client project until measurable objectives that relate to resolution are reached.
- A final report will be generated on completion listing all information learned during troubleshooting/fixing, milestones reached, and any future recommendations.
- Any further steps performed by DeployLinux would be handled as a separate and non-emergency project.
Pricing:
- $250 Deposit for Initial Response, Determination of Problem Scope, and creation of the Work Proposal.
- No Additional Fee if problem can be resolved within 1hr of proposal acceptance
- Additional Fee of $500 after deposit if all milestones take up to 4hrs to resolve and client is completely satisfied with results. $250 if not completely satisfied.
- Additional Fee of $1,000 after deposit if all milestones take up to 8hrs to resolve and client is completely satisfied with results. $500 if not completely satisfied.
- Deposit is not refundable. Additional Fee's are due within net30 of completion of work.
